Developing a Program
Programs are developed using a flow
chart.
The flowchart lays out the different
kinds of boxes needed, what messages will
be recorded in each box, how each box is
to function, and their relationship to one
another.
Once the flowchart is approved,
technicians can program the Auto-
Attendant accordingly.
