As mentioned earlier, the best way to
develop an auto-attendant applications is
to create a flowchart. It is also the best
way to keep track of changes.
When creating a flow chart, include
the text of each message played in each
box, the box number in the voicemail
system, the chain of keystrokes that
leads to each box, etc.
Having a detailed flowchart of an
application saves many hours of effort
when changes or modifications are
needed.
