Choosing a voice
For each program it is important to
determine whether a male or female voice
would be best.

For example, ‘Human Resources’ may
want a female voice, where ‘Security’
would prefer a male voice.
Regardless of gender, a good “telephone
voice” can convey warmth, friendliness and
responsiveness. It can help create a positive
perception from callers.
