Producing the recordings

Typically, auto-attendant recording

are made by an employee speaking into a

telephone to record the message.

At the other end of the spectrum,

some recording are made at a sound

studio using a talented actor/actress to

produce a carefully articulated message.

Given that auto-attendant recordings

are played many thousands of times a

year, organizations need to consider

carefully which approach best serves

their interests.
