VoIP is a data network based way of transmitting
telephone calls and all associated data.

The promise of VoIP technology is the seamless
integration of communications with corporate
systems and data to improve productivity.

While many capabilities currently exist in the
marketplace, the larger promise of VoIP is still a
“work in progress.”

Adopting VoIP technology can be complicated
and problematic. Success requires a carefully
planned, step wise process that is built to meet an
individual customer’s needs and desires.
