current, rapidly changing landscape of telephone vendors,
best is a relative assessment based on each
organizations’ criteria.
Generally, vendors with the longest experience
manufacturing telephone system have the edge over new
comers.
Vendors who have demonstrated a high degree of
innovation in the past, are likely to continue to innovate.
Some vendors possess unique capabilities that may
be required in a specific environment.
In the end, it is always the vendor who provides the
best perceived value for the money, that will win.
Customers just need to be confident they have asked all
the right questions.
