The completed “roadmap” should
then be combined with the necessary
customer specific data in a Request for a
Proposal.
The RFP should be sent to both
premise based providers as well as
hosted providers so that differences and
costs can be compared and evaluated.
Once a vendor has been selected,
the organization should establish a
“project manager” to coordinate the
efforts of all involved with the installation
and testing of the new IVR system.
